“We are first timers here. HUGE shout-out to our server, Melanie. She was sweet and thoroughly efficient. We never had to ask for refills and she took great care of us. The fried pickles were delicious! I had the brisket street tacos and they were tasty. The fire roasted salsa that accompanied them was very good too. My husband had the Italian flatbread. He enjoyed it, but thought that the bacon was slightly overpowering the rest of the meats . The manager stopped by to welcome us back another time. Their customer service is a model for other establishments.“
“We were visiting the Florence area for 3 days & found this place online when trying to find pet friendly restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our meals so much that we ended up eating here 2 of the 3 days.. I got their Fish & Chips both days (no complaints) & their hush puppies are some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely stop here again the next time we're in the area.“
“Longnecks is a MUST for me when I am in town. Their wings are amazing ( I order mine box car). The bartender Alyssa, always makes my time there worthwhile. She is always so personable with me and other patrons, genuinely caring about our lives and what we have going on. I definitely never leave without a smile and laughs.“
“Good food and good prices! Very family friendly, but also great for adults. I loved my buffalo wings, and the Rumpke mountain nachos are da bomb! Friendly and attentive staff. There are lots of tvs to watch, and very spacious and cozy inside.UPDATE: I have to say, the service is still awesome! We had a tornado warning and we were ushered into the coolers and bathrooms. The kitchen and walk-in was spotless! They definitely have an amazing clean kitchen!“
“The service was good, burger also cooked great. Weird experience being put upstairs, having to carry a baby in a pumpkin seat and then putting us in the middle table where people were bumping into us. Moved downstairs and got awesome service, pretzel the first time was shriveled on the outside and hard on the inside, not sure how that left the kitchen, but corrected pretzel was delicious. Burger was a perfect medium cook and made up for the bad start. This location will now be my go to.Parking: No matter where you park you will have to walk.“

“Great place, bowling, skating and lots of games for the kids. 4 stars is for the older lady working there who could have been a lot nicer about the way she talks to paying customers.We got a text saying to "start making your way to the counter" when it was *almost* our turn to bowl, we started making our way, like we were asked to do, took a few minutes to gather up all the kids we had we with, the lady seemed like she couldn't wait to tell me she already took us off the list, because in her words we "took too long" , 5 stars worth of fun for sure, but the way I was spoke to, definitely taking a star away..“
“Where to begin... a family place if I've ever seen one. You've got the locals that know everyone there, you've got uncle Mike and his meat sticks and don't forget grandpa John and the haunting figure of someone's grandma hanging over the bar. The bartender I think his name was Chad friendliest guy you'll ever meet, makes a mean whisky on the rocks. Also the pizza joint next door is fantastic or maybe it was just the drinks but either way it was a good time.“
“This bar is beautiful. The owner has done so many upgrades and it's so well done. The ceiling the floor and the walls are gorgeous. There is lots of bourbon beers and it's a neighborhood place to relax and have fun. Give this place a try and talk with the owner he is a delight and true gentleman“
“First time here and we felt a bit lost. It looks like you need to find your own sit. I have no problem with it, but a sign would be convenient. Also we struggled ordering a beer because although they had a decent beer lineup, there's no draft beer menu to look at for some reason. The waitress was very nice and welcoming, she had to read the draft beer options to us directly from her hand held device. The food was great!“

“We did carryout from this TGIF's but had to order in person after ordering via the web failed to accept a valid gift card. The gift card was accepted at the restaurant. On a positive note the staff that took my order were very nice and pulled it together quickly. The part of the restaurant I saw was nicely decorated and pretty busy for early evening. The food we had when we arrived home was good.“
