Service was good at ordering, food was hot and delicious when served. Employee checked to see if we needed anything during our meal and wished a good evening as we left.
The fish was under cooked we told the manager about it she tried to tell me it was a different kind of dish I think I know when fish is raw.

Was told in drive thru it would be a while on our food by the drive thru lady that was standing beside the window outside. She said she would take our order though and money as soon as she finished her cigarette. Wow. Ordered spicy fish meals. Green beans, mac and cheese, hushpuppies and fish were cold after waiting 15 minutes for spicy fish. The awesome thing? The fish wasn't spicy and they didn't even use the right batter. The used cornmeal. I get this same thing at the Mt. Sterling location probably 4 times a month and it is always hot and perfect. This is the 2nd time this has happened with cold and unspicy fish at the Winchester location. Seems to be poorly managed if managed at all. Zero quality control for sure.

I ordered the fish and 5 piece shrimp with 1 side for 5.95 and the 6 piece oysters. The fish was ordered to have the cornmeal breading, not the batter. It came dipped in batter. I spoke to the young lady who took the order and told her the fish was batter dipped. She said she would have the kitchen fix another piece. She then later came to my table and said the cook wouldn't fix it because she said that it had to be fixed like it was ordered. So I the customer had to pay for the young lady's mistake who took the order. That's ridiculous!!! Are you kidding me?She said she would tell the main manager about this. I'm not sure if she will, but it looks like the owner is reading the reviews.On a good note the food was freshly cooked and delicious!

I felt it necessary to post this..I got home & out of our order..the shrimp was left out & the hushpuppies were burnt..I called..they were "closed" I offered to immediately drive back to get our completed order..Amanda said they were unable to do that..it was 9:05pm..so she took my name..we have always been very loyal customers but our last 4 drive thrus have been wrong when I got home..so we quit going for a while..I did not feel it was necessary to look in the boxes..I saw the clerk at the window check each one..so I thought they would be right..there was no one else in line so I blame her..she saw that the shrimp was missing & the pups were burnt..I told Amanda they need to be more careful..perhaps some more training for that cashier..I also had to pull up & wait for fish on the other order..I will say we will not be going again..sad because I have liked your restaurant for years..thanks for reading!

Look at ur prices just 2 years ago, OR 3, now look at them, U will probably close down b4 long, only 1 person inside, & 1 at drive thru, AT 6:45pm. I say no more, if u take off the batter. Look at the size of what u are getting, ITS A JOKE! UR NOT FOOLING VERY MANY PEOPLE! ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY,
