Everytime I come through now the sweet tea is either sour or unsweetened an I ask for salt an "Lots" of mayo an they either don't put it in there or only give a packet or two just disappointing anymore

Great service by friendly employees. Got four sandwiches/burgers, all came out hot and all were tasty.Got the smashed boy, chicken club sandwich, BLT sandwich, and fish sandwich.Prices were right. Bread of the bun tasted/felt freshly made. Burgers were not overly greasy.Have to pay at register, waited 10-15 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us and the couple in front of us. Great way to ruin a fast food experience. Line got to 8 families before someone helped the very large group.

Exceptional wait staff, and food is always hot and fresh... these waitresses care, are kind, always smiling... management is very attentive and on point. We go every Sunday for the buffet, today our server learned we're getting married Friday and surprised us with a take home gift. She's always such a joy! I Wish I could remember your name doll, but she is very pretty looks Indian or Spanish heritage with glasses and a lip piercing... girl u rock!

My husband and I used to love going to Frisch's. Today, wow! I asked the waitress for crispy onion rings and they tasted like they barely hit the fryer. Something has changed about the cole slaw as well. It was absolutely tasteless! My son had the chicken fingers and they looked like little fish sticks. I will not be returning to Frisch's. I don't mind paying for a good meal, but I do mind paying for terrible food and service. I am saddened to be losing one of my favorite places to eat.
