I have spent so much money here through delivery since becoming disabled. I’m here temporarily after a work fall and have a lot of surgeries so I’m here with family. I am a GM in a famous known venue in downtown NYC and have worked in hospitality since I began at 16 here in Winchester. This is where I learned we go above and beyond for the customer in need and within reason. Certain accommodations are made for people who need help and to be ADA compliant. Today, after I had returned from the hospital (had my most recent surgery Monday - of many) I had my mom (and caretaker) pull into Starbucks to order my usual which is 3 to 4 Trenta black cold brews and I put them in the fridge and they last a good while. I cannot drive and cannot work at the moment for obvious reasons so I buy these in bulk and have them delivered but to cut costs since we passed Starbucks pulling into Winchester, we pulled through to order. We were stuck in line and made the order and requested a carrier and bag because with my mobility devices and such, my mom and I cannot get those in without spilling or get very far in traffic without spilling. This hasn’t been a problem when getting them for groups at other Starbucks in the past like in New York ordering for a group, etc., I had even done it here in Winchester a couple of times though it had been many months since last able to. Today, David, the new store manager took the mic from the employee who said that was fine and told us that he wouldn’t do that. We further explained the situation after some confusion and my explained my physical disability as well and he said no, and said that’s for delivery vehicles and people pay more for it. He didn’t even ask if we wanted to pay more for it. It was just a point blank, no. There’s other medical reasons that make this very hard but we had to stay stuck in line as you can’t get out of line for us to roll up and he tell us the total and I told him my job title and why I was in town and that I wouldn’t be buying from them but that we learn in hospitality to be better for our customers and to go above and beyond. Especially when disabilities are apparent and there is a physical need. He was smirking a bit but that’s fine. I was just said do better or something but I wasn’t trying to be over the top or crass. Just hope he cares at all that I went without something others have access to because I couldn’t carry mine and he refused to help make that possible by putting the drinks in a bag. It could have been so simple. I think the worst part is that I explained from the start that I didn’t know that, I always delivered, that I was stuck in a line now, and physically cannot carry that so can we make an exception and still I received a no, point blank. I can't imagine that Starbucks would stand by that and I can't imagine what I’d do if I got a call that any of my management acted that way. Do better, Starbucks. (I attached something to prove I order quite regularly). No more until someone reaches out with an apology and an answer to fixing this problem for physically impaired people.

I am obsessed with the iced London Fog tea, but I don't understand why anytime I order it I have to wait 20-25 minutes before it's made. I understand the tea has to steep for 5 minutes. Sometimes I order it on the app when I'm still in Mount Sterling and by the time I get to Winchester I'm still waiting for it. That's absolutely insane. Not only that, the majority of the workers don't even bother to put it in the shaker cup with the ice so not only do I wait a insane amount of time for my drink when I do finally get it, it's warm still and watered down. I have ordered this exact drink from other Starbucks locations and I always have my drink in half the time and sometimes faster. There are 2 male workers that do a amazing job making it, but as far as wait time goes 90% of the time I wait 20 min or more.

Just ordered a coffee with cream. Got the coffee... no cream and so full it's spilling out of the cup. Why would I go to Starbucks and order black coffee? Not impressed with a drive through asking for tips.

What can I say, it's a Starbucks. I try to avoid them as much as possible, but they have reasonably good coffee, decent seating, and wifi. The Winchester location is a little nicer than many and the staff are friendly.

The best coffee I've had there yet. Just the right amount of everything. My son snuck and drank the rest of mine when I sat it down. Lol.

The drive-thru can be a death trap if you're in a hurry, but otherwise it's usually pretty speedy.

Usually I don't like Starbucks, this location however has been consistent with the espresso they are pulling. Not bitter, taste was on point.
