Won't answer the phone but not busy, gives wrong orders, takes way too long to make food and forgets to give all of the food.Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian dishes to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Putting bacon on everything is not healthy at all. They have gave me bacon & cheese sandwich when I paid for a eggs & cheese breakfast sandwich.

Bruh. This is by far the worst bk ever. Today just backs up my claim. This location is horrible, what the heck is this staff problem. From forgetting items, to giving wrong items, to making people wait such long times when the place is empty.

Ordered through door dash a classic melt combo with 2 burgers, 2 fries, nuggets and cheesy tots. Tots were old, fries too salty, and I was missing a classic melt. Bag was fully sealed so it's not the delivery person fault, she was nice and professional. This burger king store has always had problems giving good customer service and I will not be going to that one nor ordering from it again.

If you close early, run low on food items, or are having communication issues with the speaker then you should let customers know by either placing a message on the menu board or physically verbalizing it to customers. But what is NOT acceptable is allowing customers to sit in front of the speaker and not say anything until the customer becomes frustrated and drives off. This should not be common practice for a well established franchise or any business. Do better.**********************************Update: Idk if my review made a difference but I noticed BK making improvements at the restaurant.If that's the case another suggestion I have is making the restaurant more accessible from the highway.Your food is usually fresh and hot. Since MCDs have changed some of their recipes I don't eat their as often.Older review:BK actually have some good food, especially breakfast. In my humble opinion their breakfast is actually better than MCDs. And I like both places.My opinion is: BK sausage biscuit and sausage croissant sandwiches are softer and buttery compared to MCDs hard breakfast sandwiches. However, MCDs hash brown can't be beat. (Again, my opinion.)Idk what BK is doing wrong. Because McDs is busier in the mornings. Maybe you guys need to update the outside of the building or something. Idk. But your food is definitely better in some aspects then your competition.

This franchise should be closed. There’s absolutely no management at the store. The place was empty but the dining room was filthy bathrooms, dirty, rude employees. This store needs some special attention immediately.

This is the cleanest Burger King I have ever seen. The bathroom was immaculate.Vegetarian options: H had the hamburger impossible. He said it was goodParking: Plenty parking all around the Burger KingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty room get out for the wheelchair.

I’m only giving 2 stars because at least the lady at the front counter was helpful in relaying to the cook that I didn’t want his meat drenched gloves on my meatless burger and kindly asked that he changed his gloves before preparing it. When she did relay the message, gets upset with me and decides to abandon all burger making activities, “since you don’t want me touching your food!” I communicated that I wasn’t trying to cause issues and I simply wanted a burger that didn’t have meat and cheese residue smeared on it! I don’t even feel like this review will do anything, I just felt this was a nice place to vent my frustrations. I basically wasted my money because everything had meat juice on it due to then grabbing everything with the same gloves… Alexandria definitely needs more vegan options because it’s impossible to get a “meatless whopper” here….Vegetarian options: It’s almost pointless ordering vegan here but I’m not surprised. Line personnel grab Patties from the trays and use those same gloves to then grab toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese etc.) putting meat juices on everything.
