We ordered didn’t get our food till maybe almost hour because the delivery driver kept going everywhere instead of communicating with us after we were specific on where we are but the store didn’t even communicate with us when we got a 2 litter coke they didn’t call ask if we wanted another option they sent a random drink ice worked in all the pizza shops it’s not hard to communicate with a customer

Was the worst pizza I have ever eaten from Domino's. From time of order till delivery was an hour and 20 minutes. Burnt, most horrible pizza I have gotten from Domino's. My Husband is in Riverside Hospital rehab. Thought he might like pizza. My money should have been refunded to me.

Busy location and lots of moving traffic on the frontage road. Staff was effective even though they appeared to be under staffed. Great job.
I was in line for 20 minutes after I got the notification that my pizza was ready. They let people set in line when their food is not ready instead of moving them around.

My order is 40 minutes lateThe lady said well what do you want me to do about it and hung up on me. We have had extremely large orders 3 days in a row of over 300.00. We will go some place else for dinner. We called in order at 1pm for 5pm pickup. Extremely rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

Cutting a pizza isn't that hard... also none of the cuts they did try to make didn't go all the way through this thin pizza and I ended up ripping it into chunks to be able to eat it.

Did not receive the pizza we ordered. Got small instead of medium. Only pepperoni - no hamburger. Pizza crust was so thin and hard instead of hand tossed. Pizza was horrible. Usual good service. Called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes before just hanging up. Very much disappointed ☹️

Pizza can sometimes be good depending who makes it, not very consistent. When adding extra cheese, I’ve noticed sometimes I get extra, sometimes not anything. I’d probably visit Pineville Domino’s if you have the chance..
