I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I paid for a 20 pc nugget and was charged for sauces that weren’t even placed in my bag. I was told to pull up as the nuggets would be about 10 minutes. In actuality I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I called, it was evident that they’d forgotten about my order. I get home and find that 2 of the sauces I did receive were busted and to my surprise, fried shrimp was in my box of nuggets. I’m allergic to shrimp so you can imagine how upsetting that was. Needless to say, this store won’t be getting another cent out of my pockets. I reached out to customer service but the situation still hasn’t been resolved and no one has responded to my complaint. Very unsatisfied customer.

I went to Popeyes on MacArthur in Alexandria after work and placed an order of over $35 for an 8 piece box of chicken with dirty rice and 4 biscuits and a chicken sandwich. After getting home, I go to fix my plate and looked for the rice and it was not in my bag. So I call the place and spoke to the manager. She insinuated that I was lying after the employee said he put it in the box with the chicken. She had a sorry attitude!!! I guess I have to do the same as I do with McDonalds and other places, do their job and check my order. AND THEY WANT TO GET PAID MORE MONEY ?!?

Popeyes on MacArthur close to OutlawsIt is ridiculous that I had to go through the drive-in not one, not two, but three times to be handed the correct order.I ordered: two classic chicken sandwiches, two order of fries, and two strawberry drinks.But what did I get?❌two SPICY chicken sandwiches✔one order of fries❌one biscuit (a biscuit??? ?)The second time:❌two SPICY chicken sandwiches✔one order of fries (finally two complete order of fries)❌and AGAIN the same biscuit (really a biscuit, again?)The third time:✔✔FINALLY two classic chicken sandwiches! ???❌Did I mention a BISCUIT again?! ?After the second order mistake, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. A young man answered the call. I briefly talked to a lady but I'm unsure if she was a manager. She never identified herself.However, the young man jumped back on the line and asked for my ticket number. I gave it to him. He asked me to hold on. Yet he never came back to the phone. I clearly heard people talking in the background.Do. Better. Popeyes. Do better. ?Parking: It’s standard parking like every other location.

I was informed that my order was not taken and that I would have to either come inside or go back around. I asked to speak to a manager. Very rude woman came to the window and screamed at me that they could not understand my order. Which is absolutely not true. She rang up the order. I paid and my food was thrown at me and window slammed shut. Very rude and unprofessional. Not how you treat paying customers.

Showed up at 844 pm, they close at 10. Was told they had no sandwiches, no sides, and 6 PC of mild chicken only. I guess ownership doesn't realize what you hire is what your customers get. Why pay your employees to sit there and tell your patrons you cannot provide them with your product? Just close! Avoid this one at all cost!

This was the best fried chicken I ever ate at a Popeyes, I would advise to get a bucket with biscuits, and two large sides with red beans and rice, mash potatoes with gravy. Add two large sides of coleslaw, the “ best coleslaw I ever ate “ If you’re real hungry. Price $34.75 w tax, you should have some extra after two grown men eat a lot.

I'm NOT sure what was going on the day of my visit, but the lobby was full as well as the drive thru. The food wasn't that bad, however it could have been a better experience.The staff should have been more aware of what was going on and stop walking around like we are a hassle.And one last thing....old saying if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Clean up the damn lobby ?
