I messed up my coupon purchase but I liked the atmosphere and customer service from this location. I was accommodated on my requests which is sometimes hard to experience these days at fast food franchises. Everyone was Friendly!
It took 1.5 hours from start to finish, dine in. Waited 18 minutes inside to be 3rd person in line to order. Fries were both undercooked and cold by the time we got them. Ordered a bacon burger with only catchup. They forgot the bacon. 43 minutes in, I finally got my hot fries. Oh and the drink machine only offered 2 drinks, both diet and water. Had to inconvenience the staff for a drink from behind the counter 7 minutes later.Very unsatisfied....

The workers seemed like they may need additional help. They're always trying to assist customers it's just like they're backed up for some reason? I could be wrong but that's the impression I get? Typically my order will be 70/80% correct but unfortunately something will be missing on a consistent basis.
