The staff is very rude. They did not honor the coupons. They make up their own rules on what's supposed to go on sandwiches even though I know they have a guide that tells them how to make each sandwich and what goes on them . They also are the most expensive in town. And they're toppings are all old and brown and mushy.

I just purchased a veggie sandwich and it was cold. I came back to ask them to redo my sandwich. The owner tells his employees to put it in the oven. I told him I wanted it to be replaced. He told me no because nobody can make the veggipattie sandwich hot. I eat the veggie patty sandwich from many different locations including this one and it has always been hot. I highly do not recommend any one to eat from this location. The owner feels that customer service is not priority.

I came here for a free sandwich they stopped before the limit. They were very rude I won't be eating here again. I only got a sandwich because I didn't eat anything yet. Needs to be more people friendly

Very clean location! And the workers were super friendly. I hate the entrances to the parking lot but that isn't their fault.
Wish I could give 1/2 star. I ordered black forest ham and somehow it magically turned into tuna...and let's not even mention the bread that was so stale you could've knocked someone out if you threw it and hit them in the head with it... my suggestion is if you cant read or speak English, don't have a restaurant in America....that's all
