I cannot say enough good things about the service here. Jack the manager is very friendly and strives to provide good service. All the workers are the same. I eat here a few times a week and have never had a bad experience. The place is always clean, neat, and the food is prepared in a sanitary manner. They also make their cookies better than any other subway I've been to.
I suggest you find a different location. Melisa was very rude. I called to conduct business with the location. After I formally introduced myself she rudely disconnected the call. I called back, twice, and found her to be unprofessional. I informed her I no longer care to due business with her. I have been there in the past and was pleased but have noticed it is a different team. 1/24/2014
