Típicos El Hondureño is one of those hidden gems that I simultaneously want to broadcast to the masses *and* hoard to myself. There aren't many people there that speak English, and that's a good thing. While I'm not a scholar of Honduran food, I'm pretty sure that this is some authentic stuff. This is one of those little ethnic gems that make Baton Rouge such a great city! Honduran is similar to Salvadoran and Mexican cuisines, but it has its own particular excellence.
