Wendy's has two locations, with differences in service quality. The staff at the College Dr location is friendlier compared to the Essen Ln one, where a young employee was rude and uninformed. A customer waited a long time at the drive-thru and left without receiving their Frostys. The restaurant was out of salads and baked potatoes at the College Dr location. Despite issues with missing items and service, a mature lady completed an order efficiently.
