I placed an order to go for tonight. I waited in spot number 1 for 40 minutes while the employees were outside and inside talking and do pretty much everything except bringing out the to go orders. But hey who doesn't love ice cold Cajun pasta ?

Can't prepare steak properly.Parking: Don't try the Carne asada. It's regular steak, chopped into chunk that's been cooked until rubbery.Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
I usually have a good experience. But yesterday I was disappointed spending $16+ on these chicken crispers. To small and was cold and not worth the hype.

The waitress didn’t listen To anything we said ! We got charged for a drink we didn’t ask for. Macaroni was on a piece of tissue. Chicken was like rubber. We never have a good experience at chilis anymore ?

I was extremely disappointed with this location. The server knew nothing about the menu (really hoping she was new). Both steaks were over done! The utensils were not clean. Will not ever go back to that location.

Had to wait before being greeted although no one else was in front of me, food was tasty but took a long time to arrive and the to go order was brought out at the same time of my dine in food. The sides for the fajitas were almost funny in serving size. Literally a spoon of guacamole. Never asked if I wanted a drink refill. Food was tasty though. Observed several personal conversations between staff. Seat dividers were dusty. Lacked ambience. Disappointed.Parking: Plenty of spots around the building.

I've had some bad experiences at several restaurants lately and Chili's was the worst. The building is old, the food presentation was awful and the food wasn't good. The only thing that was good was the server. This place needs to be remodeled or torn down. I won't be back.

A lot to cover.Me, my kid, and my friend showed up for dinner. Busy. We waited to be seated for 30+ mins, then finally got seated. The waitress was demanding and rushing us, waitedforever for apps. Finally got my chips. They were not salted enough. Waited even more for main course, my steak was dry, and my sons fries were soggy and cold. This is the first time in a long time that the food came out looking like the picture on the menu and very tasty everything was beyond excellent. We will go back!
