“Coffee on the Red is THE best coffee shop in bossier/shreveport. The coffee alone is amazing and so delicious. They are so quick with orders I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 6min in the drive thru. Whoever is the hiring manager is great at their job because only the sweetest people alive work here. I wouldn’t waste your time or money going anywhere else, just come here. I wish there was a 2nd location in Shreveport or by barksdale but untill then I’ll keep driving to benton road solely for coffee on the red. ☕️❤️ORDER RECOMMENDATION:pumpkin spice frappe, add Carmel mixed in and a shot or 2 of espresso. ?“
“This was a cute little shop. It’s not the most modern establishment, but it’s clean. I brought 2 of my kids after they hounded me to try boba. We ordered a black tea with lychee, a grinch and a unicorn drink. Although the kids weren’t fans I’d still rate this place pretty solid on taste because their dislike was pure preference lol. I enjoyed the tea although I probably wouldn’t add lychee again.We were the only patrons in the shop and after our drinks were made the hostess disappeared for almost 20 minutes.I think photos on the menus would help in the future for us “newbs,” as my 8 yo calls me who don’t have experience with this type of food. We spent over $30 for food that we had no context of. I’m on the fence about returning only because it’s a true gamble with the menu.“
“This place is great, and the girl who made my coffee was great! Why is the mall soo dead now? Hurts the chances for a small businesses success, and I would like to see these guys make it. So make the walk into the food court, bring business back to the malls!“

“Came in to look at the menu to see what I would like to get besides donuts. I said I was just going to look around but was rushed into choosing my donuts write away. Even as I was looking at the menu she kept repeating 'is that it?' I mean no, I would've bought more things but just got donuts because I didn't like service. I did get a free sample of munchkin donuts so that was nice.“
“I’m no coffee lover, so I’ve always ignored this place, but I wanted a pastry. I love all the food and pastry options at this location! Their muffins and beignets are delicious. Quick & polite service the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru. I will be back for a 4th time soon.“
