“From the top, the food was excellent as always. All of our modifications were exact and both Dillas were made to the T. As for the service, it was wonderful. All of the workers communicate not only well with the guest, but well with each other and that goes a long ways. The restaurant may be on the smaller end, but don’t let that fool you. Every time you walk through the door you are greeted and given top notch service. There will always be decorations for every holiday. Also if you take time to read the art on the walls, you will find that there is passion, dedication, and humor put in to building the franchise. 10/10 recommend P.S. Vote for Pedro

“First time here and we went all out and ordered the family plate. It’s on the pricey side but worth it considering it feeds 5-6 people. The torta asada was the best item. The burrito was delicious! And the birria quesadilla was delicious. The only meat I wasn’t a fan of was the Al pastor. Was surprised they didn’t have more customers because the food was great. Don’t let the outside fool you! It’s authentic as it gets. Oh and they even have good horchata! Something that’s impossible to find in bossier.”

“Visited the buffet twice. The $9.99 buffett was ok, you get what you pay for. DJ was serving mashed potatoes, pizza, egg rolls, tilapia, corndog nuggets. The catfish, okra, baked chicken, and made-to-order shrimp/chicken pasta was good. The desserts, cooks, and waitress were great!
The second visit was for the all you can eat crayfish. She got her crayfish for a decent price per pound so it was worth it for her. I don't eat crayfish so the buffet selection was a little underwhelming for the same price, but I was ok as long as my wife enjoyed herself & she got crawfish.”

The wait was about 10 minutes, but it was well worth it since my food was cooked fresh. The customer service was outstanding—one of the best experiences I’ve had. The guy who took my order was friendly, patient, and kept me updated on when my food would be ready.

So I ordered a whole roasted jalapeño ($0.60) anndddddd....... you guessed it. Needed more spice. My server was pleasant and made sure that I had everything I needed. All in all an enjoyable experience. $30- Plus tip & will feed me 2 more times.”

One chrispy , well seasoned pinwheel shattered as I was biting. The crispy , crunch exploded into my eyes resulting in a salt in the eye adventure. Washing out salt seasoning in bathroom worked well. Back at table, we resumed our dinner , my wife chuckling at my distraction. Street taco’s appeared, they were delicious. Waitress had dropped of a small plate of a lime and a second sauce for the tacos. Dipping one chip into the new sauce to see If I wanted to use it on my fajita tacos, I taste tested my new taco seasoning. Bad idea! Like I stuck my tongue to a hot branding iron, fire, inferno and loss of bodily functions hit like a flamethrower. unfortunately, water was requested, and my tastebuds cauterized .My meal was over. We will go back, but the pale, orange sauce delivered with the tacos should be avoided. I’m no wimp , but Ghost Pepper- like heat drove our after dinner trek to ice cream at Sonic. I know some guys will see this as a challenge, but if you must, try it at the end of your meal.Note: Watch liquor prices. Too sweet house margarita too sweet, too expensive for too little. Enjoy the food, but with caution for pale orange sauce and sweet, overpriced margaritas.👍🏼”

“I've been going for more than 13 years now. The steaks are by far the best I've ever had! The staff are excellent especially one in particular named Marcus. He's been there for as long as I've been going always goes above and beyond. He always has a smile and makes sure everyone is satisfied with their meals. I would recommend saltgrass for anyone looking for delicious dinner and warm and welcoming staff.”

“No one including food places are perfect (this morning they were out of orange juice) but this McDonald’s consistently makes the best sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Other locations burn the English muffin, over cook the egg or can’t get the cheese, sausage and egg in the right order (which can be a formula for disaster if you’re eating your breakfast sandwich while driving). Been coming here for over 8 years. Can’t remember ever getting a bad sausage and egg McMuffin”

“On my last visit, I placed a pickup order for a chicken and brisket quesadilla, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! From the moment I opened my bag, it was clear that my meal had been prepared with care. The quesadilla was perfectly cooked—crispy, not soggy or burnt—just as if I had dined inside.

The customer service was just as impressive. The staff member who took my order over the phone was patient and cheerful, and the in-store pickup server was equally kind and professional. Their hospitality truly stood out!

I typically prefer dining in, believing I’ll receive a better meal experience. In the past, my pickup quesadillas haven’t always met expectations, especially since the ranchero ranch sauce was discontinued (which, as a sauce-loving girl, was a real disappointment!). However, this time, my meal was so well-prepared and satisfying that I felt compelled to not only leave this review but also call Chilli's on Bossier hoping to speak with the manager to inform him or her that I was impressed. I actually spoke to the manager, Neka or Meka, on the first ring and personally shared my appreciation.

Kudos to the management and team for their consistency, attention to detail, and outstanding service! One of the highlights of dining at Bossier’s Chili’s has been hearing the beautiful voices singing birthday songs—there’s a real star in the house! She is absolutely amazing, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

After enjoying this pickup meal, which perfectly capped off my Chili’s experiences over the past year, I knew exactly where I’d be celebrating my birthday weekend! This visit truly restored my confidence in ordering pickup, and I can’t wait to return again soon.”

“Cold , very cold sitting in the path of the vent. she had the Caesar salad and I had the house salad with ranch. Both were good and fresh. We both had the cat fish platter. We both loved it. Fresh tender and flavorful.
Beer to drink and a peanut butter martini. It was ok.
Our server was good and tended our table just right.
The tab was $119.47 it was worth it. A bit spendy though.

“I love coming to this Olive Garden specifically. Always great food and great service. Last week I accidentally left my Apple Watch on my table and later on, I was able to communicate with the manager, Ms. Debra. She was so nice and helped to keep my watch safe and secure until I could have someone pick it up for me. I really appreciate good people and good service. (Also, I am not sure if she still works here but there is a waitress named Diana and she was such a sweet lady. She was so kind to my friends and I when we came in late one night for my birthday last year.)”

“From the top, the food was excellent as always. All of our modifications were exact and both Dillas were made to the T. As for the service, it was wonderful. All of the workers communicate not only well with the guest, but well with each other and that goes a long ways. The restaurant may be on the smaller end, but don’t let that fool you. Every time you walk through the door you are greeted and given top notch service. There will always be decorations for every holiday. Also if you take time to read the art on the walls, you will find that there is passion, dedication, and humor put in to building the franchise. 10/10 recommend P.S. Vote for Pedro

“I had not eaten here in a while. I went to get a quick bite after a Dr visit and went to order something from the grilled menu. they had cut it down to chicken and salmon for the only options and didn't have all the sides they used to have. Got the hamburger steak 🤢.I opened it after getting home and didn't dare eat it. You shouldn't allow any food that looks like this off the food line to go in customers hands. I also didn't get 2 sides I paid for. Will NOT be coming back.”
