“The employees were very inviting, the atmosphere was very nice and put together, the efficiency of the store for a grand opening was great. My daughter loved her strawberry cake cookie, and the friendliness of the employees making the buttercream and cookie doughs.“
“We had my 6 year olds birthday party there and it far exceeded my expectations! The nerf war at The Swamp was so fun. The kids LOVED it! They made their own snowballs and they were delicious. The staff was AMAZING! They were so helpful. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!“
“I've driven by this place so many times and always meant to try it out. Today I finally did. Finding and navigating the drive thru is ridiculous. You have to drive behind several adjacent buildings and their respective parking lots to finally get to the drive thru. There is no speaker box and you can't order from the menu area like any other drive thru. Instead you order at the window. Despite all of that, the line did move quickly. Based on the aesthetic, I just assumed it was kind of like a 50's diner style place with burgers, fries, and shakes. But it's literally what the name says. Frozen custard. So don't be like me and make assumptions. All that said, I got the Bootdaddy and it was very good. If you want to indulge in a sugary bomb of deliciousness it's worth it. Just have somewhere to lie down after you've finished.“
“What is up with these tiny expensive half a hot dog kolaches? I cannot express to you how much more I would rather it be a full size for double the price than of these halfies! I personally think it wastes time to have to cut these in half. I could understand if they were like the tiny ones back in the day but they are not. No wonder the person taking my order was weird when I said I only wanted one. One isn’t going to feed anyone! Besides that the price of donuts has really gotten too high. I rarely eat them anymore.“

To the left side closest to the kitchen is the marble slab section. It doesn’t have as many toppings or flavors as cold stone creamery, but it’s just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. The middle section is the pretzel maker. And then the far right closest to the door is great American cookies. I did not buy any pretzel products but I did buy a cookie slice and it was great. I ordered three ice cream cones and one cup and they were all great. The reason I did not give five stars is because the ice cream melted immediately. As in melting while on the frozen slab. So maybe it was too hot behind the counter? I am not exactly sure why it melted before we got it. And I’m not sure if they are unable to see that the order was supposed to be a cone, but all of the ice creams were put in a cup before I reminded them that three were supposed to be in a cone. So maybe there’s not an option or it doesn’t print out correctly on the receipt on their side of the counter. So very minor things that can be fixed. Other than that, everything was great. This was a great addition to the north Bossier area!“
“By far, the best Sno Cones in town! She loves her cops and firemen. All Law Enforcement and Firemen in uniform get free sno-cones. Also a military discount. She always has some good new flavors to try, including different sugar free and kool-aid pickles every week. This place is a must!! Be careful, they are all addictive.“
“My boyfriend and I have become new regulars at the Baskin Robin establishment in Bossier City strictly because of the costumer service that we are always provided. I cannot say enough good things about the costumer service, specially from female workers (Sydney, Emma, and Stomy). While among a multitude of rude and impatient costumers, the young women handle every situation with grace and responsibility, and in my professional opinion they are the epitome of great employees. They are also very efficient in there work, create helpful conversation with all the costumers while we were there, and always have a smile on their faces. I cannot state enough how much these employees deserve a raise with how wonderfully they handle themselves. We will be coming back to the Baskin Robins on Beene Blvd.“
“Wow! What a great gem to easily stop at. We are traveling and have a person with Celiac, so normal fast food doesn’t work. Ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad, absolutely fresh and so tasty! Avocado sandwich was heaven! Definitely worth turning the corner to get to!“

“I went here for the first time last Monday and the two people who helped me were so nice!! I wish I could remember one specific employee’s name(it was the gentleman working around 2:00pm on Monday 2/12/24) because he was the kindest person EVER. When I was stuck between two menu items, he allowed me to taste test the chicken salad prior to ordering it which I know isn’t like an act of congress to do but I know most places wouldn’t offer that. Overall, I would go back just because of the service but the food was definitely an added bonus!“
