This was our first time back in some time. We were fairly satisfied, however nothing set it apart from any other Mexican restaurant. If your looking for another average mexican restaurant, you won't be dissapointed!I will say the hostess was VERY NICE!!
Now I'm from California where they know how to cook Mexican food. And in Arizona, Texas , I have found they they are lacking in know how to cook good Mexican food, I know I hear you that doesn't seem right having Mexico boarding these states but they suck except for just a few place, now this restaurant has the appsollutly the very best retried beans. I haven't been to Nicky's in over 25 years. Wow! I don't recall the tastes. Pictured is the Carne Asada. Both plates! I needed two "to go boxes" after having loaded up on chips and queso prior to getting my entre.So, on we go.My party of 7 was seated promptly, and initial drink orders were taken.
