First time eating there and it was breath taking. Our waiter Dee was outstanding and the food was great. Loved the queso and chips for appetizer it's a must try.

We've eaten at this Saltgrass numerous time, but was disappointed this time when I noticed a cockroach on the seat next to my wife. Greeter came by and napkined the little guy up. We ordered the LIberty School wine (which is a frequent favorite) and were served something (not even close to LIberty School). Guess they figured we wouldn't notice. Food was pretty good, but not likely we ever return.

Our server could not figure out how to add our son and daughter-in-law to our check. Then, I asked if I could have steak on my salad instead of chicken- apparently that is too complicated as well. My son’s green beans tasted like pure salt. My daughter-in-law’s Mac-n-cheese was dry and cold, and appeared to have been cooked earlier in the day or possibly the day before. This is our third visit to this restaurant and by far the worst.

WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO EAT !!! We got there last night 3/15/24 at 7:45 we had a party of 6. By 8:00 still no one had come to wait on us so ask the manager what's going on? He said he apologize and would get someone over to our table and give us 2 free appetizers. 8:10 drinks/bread finally 8:30 appetizers. By 9:10 we were out of every thing again. 9:37 still no food or drinks we got up and left. They missed out on $150.00 in food and a 50. dollar tip. They really need a staff change.

My steak was sent back for being over cooked, our ticket was incorrect with an extra steak charged, when I asked the waitress, she cocked an attitude. Worst experience.

Food was fair but service was bad and when my grandson spilled his drink the waiter didnt even borher to help because we could not find him and another waitress did at least bring me towels so i could clean the mess myself. I have come here a lot and never been treated like this so i hope they fix things quickly!!!!!!

That was the best t-bone steak that I have ever had from Saltgrass I ask for well done but not burned it was juicy and not pink perfect.
The food was cold, and the service was bad. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

Order to go. Got wrong order. Wanted chicken fried chicken got country fried steak. Wasn't good at all. Bread was like a rock. Steak tasted bad like soy even though I know it isn't. Gravy was bad. And all of this after learning we had a horrible experience at Joe's Crab Shack. Too late to get another order so I guess I don't get to eat tonight.

It was a busy Friday night so we waited about a hour for a table, I ordered a filet but got a chewy underdone sirloin. The cheese on the fried mushrooms had mold but manager said it was "discoloration" our server kitty was very nice.
Ms. Kitty was a excellent waitress. A+
