We had a party of 12 and everyone's food came out cold. The butter didn't even melt on top of our steaks they were so cold. We asked for the manager. Marcus came out and blamed the server, he took no ownership in the buisiness, the food or the Salt Grass Brand. How disappointing that a manager does not know how to manage his kitchen and blames it on the server. We were a military table and low and behold he granted us the military discount which we were entitled to anyway...read full review
It was a busy Friday night so we waited about a hour for a table, I ordered a filet but got a chewy underdone sirloin. The cheese on the fried mushrooms had mold but manager said it was "discoloration" our server kitty was very nice.
