Pretty amazing selection of flavors. It's also like "snow" ice.... Not pellets or chunks like other places have, so it's way better. If there's a line it may take time but some things are worth the wait. Be patient. Also support local businesses!

Got in the drive-thru line around 5:45 and didn't receive snowball until wayyyyyy after 6:40. This was too long to stay in line at a Snowball stand. I read the reviews and thought it would be a quick process. I was mistaken. *Note: establishment closes at 6pm.

Snowballs are absolutely delicious but service was not good the last time I went. I understand they are busy and I patiently waited in line for hour to hour and half and I repeated my order and my order was repeated back to me but when I got to the window to pay and get my items I asked about missing item and I was told you only ordered one I said I asked for and the attitude I received from the lady I decided to just say God bless you thank you and drive off. I understood she was frustrated and under stress from the busy flow but no need to be so rude to a customer. I refuse to go back. I would have paid for the item I wasn't charged for but asked for when I placed my order and parked on the side and waited for it to be brought out.
