A coworker and I took a vendor here for lunch, and we all were thoroughly impressed. Ordered the Char-Grilled Oysters Supreme as an appetizer, and they were fantastic. I ordered the Catfish Atchafalaya as a main meal, and it was also very good. Very clean restaurant and excellent service. Will be back next time I'm traveling to Lafayette/Broussard.
I wanted to highlight some seafood dishes and a few other things from our last couple of trips to Prejean's. A few of our go-to dishes at Prejean's are the Crawfish Enchiladas and the Shrimp Trinity. Both are packed with flavor, and I would highly recommend trying. The seafood platter has so much food on it that you can eat on it for multiple meals.
