Went on a lunch break thinking I'd save time. Little did I know it would cost me an entire day of productivity and unsatisfactory complaints from my workforce. This establishment Completely ruined my order and forgot half of the items . Still giving more than 3 stars due to the best service and food this area has to offer
I would have liked to have given them more stars, as I am quite fond of Arby's variety of sandwiches, and so is our family. We came through and placed a LARGE order, via the drive thru and the young lady even repeated it back to me to make sure things were correct.However, when we got our order, we pulled up to check it before leaving and found 2 of the sandwiches were missing. We took the whole order inside to the front counter and explained, even had the gentleman look to verify....read full review
