Love the Gyro sandwich from Arby's. I will have to try to rest of the menu. This chain doesn't get enough recognition. Service people were very nice.

Today I pull up to drive thru and the lady said in the speaker order when you're ready. No type of acknowledgment to me as the customer. Then I placed my order and she gave me the total, but no type of conversation if I was done or if I wanted anything else. I assumed I had to pull around to the window. And again no acknowledgment towards me as the customer, she opened the window and said the price again as she shoves the bag into my hand. And then follows up with the drink while holding onto my debit card, quickly shuts the window. I say there for a good minute then she returns my debit card and before I could look up and ask where my receipt was the window was already closed. It's 10:29 am and they open at 10 am. The employee made me feel like I was a bother to her and she lacked customer service skills, no eye contact or anything more than just asking for the money for my order. I have worked at many fast food restaurants over my time being that Arby's was my first job when I lived in Maryland. I started off as a high school aged employee & worked my way up to management and never once did I make my customer's experience and expectations fall below what was expected of us. My restaurant was the go to place with how great our service was. To say the least, how can you expect growth in your company if your employees refuse to give respect. I can't even make a formal complaint due to lack of interaction or who or what she actually looked like and no receipt. All I seen was a Red colored Cross tattoo on a tan colored like neck, I couldn't even make out her face. We are all out here trying to survive in this economy and barely make it by ourselves and I don't find it fair to be treated as if I was a bother to just order food. I'm very disappointed with my service. There should be a reevaluation of the employees there as well as a process of retraining those who need to be reminded that they do have a job to do and Arby's will lose out on business with people like her that have very little awareness of how her actions and lack of respect can deter myself and others from returning. I use to go to the Arby's in Mandeville weekly and now I go once in the blue moon to Covington and this has just left a nasty taste in my mouth. It's a shame you have people who aren't grateful enough to have a job and deter further service from customers who love your food.

There's nothing fast about this place. It's not the employees fault. I blame the owner for allowing the restaurant to be so short handed.Get it together. I've seen a couple different fast food restaurants at this location fail. No one is immune.

Among one of the worst experiences I've had with an Arbys. We waited at least 10 minutes to have our order taken. There were only 2 people ahead of us. There was some sort of "discussion" going on between the 2 people that were working the counter. They weren't seeing eye to eye on something. Our order was finally taken by someone from the back area - perhaps a manager or supervisor. Then we waited. And waited. Two of the sauce dispensers were broken. We finally got our food and one of the sandwiches had some of the roast beef on top of the bun rather than inside. At least the food was hot.

I’ve loved Arby’s sandwiches for years, Arby’s in Covington has convinced me to never eat at any Arby’s again. Take heed. Besides when I took the sandwich back, they said that I was lying about the dining room being open. The hours on the door said it was open until 9 and it was only 8:20. The girl in the drive-thru said they were having technical difficulty, but the next day they said that they were open. WTH.
