“Better known as YaYa's , this place is a small hole in the wall bar . They have pool tables and its main attendees are locals, middle age demographics & older veterans (some questionable -some not). If your not familiar you may get a few awkward stares and if you are local you will probably get stares because its a small establishment (spaced in a strip pf stores) Its no holy grail of Downtown Covingtons night scene, but they do have liquor and pool tables ????♀️ If your looking for a high society group of people-you should pass. I give it 5 stars even though its a little rough Neighborhood Dive being it doesn't represent or brand itself as anything other than that.“
“Kid-friendliness: We had a birthday dinner at The Pink Agave of Covington for my daughter’s 10th birthday. All of the girls had such a great time! They enjoyed taking pictures and being served mocktails in their “super cool” cups. All of the staff there were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fun night and went home with full bellies. Special shoutout to our server, Justin!! He was so awesome and super great with all the kids. His patience level is superb. He made sure every part of our night was timed out to accommodate everything on our agenda and I will certainly ask for him for all future visits, THANK YOU JUSTIN!!“

The only real criticism is that the servers don't take orders at the table. You have to go to bar to order. Not that it's a problem, but we sat there for a few minutes before we figured things out. “I was here for work and stayed three nights. It is an old building full of southern charm but with modern upgrades and sophistication you would expect from a large hotel. It is a relatively small place but they do not skimp on the service or quality. When I come to Covington, this will ALWAYS be my hotel!“
“I mean, it's a bar. But the bartenders are super cool. My favorite was their ADDICTIVE pudding shots.I was surprised that it was packed, didn't expect that and service was great. I didn't drink but I did splurge on a few of those pudding shots.“

“Went this evening with a large group (24) of friends. Service was fantastic. Drinks were flowing constantly. Orders were taken correctly and no issues separating checks. All the food came out quickly and hot. We’re a hard bunch and we put the chef and Waiter to a test. They both stepped up their game. The other staff helped as needed, no slacking from anyone. All customers were taken care of.Wheelchair accessibility: Punchy came in with no issues. Sat at the head of the table.“

You see, humans go into restaurants in all types of moods and really you never know what you're gonna get on either side of the table. Consistency in attitude and happiness is important in this industry, even on really hard days. Liz has waited on us several times and she is absolute DisneyWorld.
