“Extremly friendly staff! I visited this restaurant on 10/9/22 on a late night about 2 am.. I thought this bar sold food, I was extremely hungry, but only had drinks. The two women there were soooo friendly,I ended up ordering two delicious long islands! They recommended 3 other places my fiancé and I can eat at, and we ended up at lamp lighter. I wish I would of got the two friendly waitresses name. Thank y’all! We will be back.“

“First time to Moe’s, but definitely not the last. Being somewhat of a BBQ snob, I have been looking for a location to replace NOLA Smokehouse since it closed down. Tried CCBBQ for awhile since Chef Rob from NOLA Smokehouse was part owner, but once Chef Rob left, it was pointless to continue going. For such a small place, Moe’s has a lot to offer. Everything I tried from the menu was exemplary, the staff is super-friendly and fast, and the location provides a clean/relaxing atmosphere to enjoy their food. Definitely worth the trip, and not too expensive.“
“Hadn't been here in years. I decided to unwind and relax after work one day last week. Glad I did! It was dart night so there was a bunch of people came in around 6:00 pm but between 5 and 6 pm it was rather quiet and we had a pizza and cheese sticks. Both food items were really good. The owner and his son were very nice. Had a good time and look forward to going back for drinks, food and good company!“
“My husband's 60th Birthday party was held at The Max this past weekend! The new renovations inside look fantastic! Several of our guests commented on how great the venue looked and how clean it was! Thank you Bridget, Chris and Denise for helping us pull this together. The ease of set up, fantastic service and warm welcome to us and our guests made this event a huge hit! “This location was the Out of Bounds Sports Bar and Grill for several years and then it was Kelly's Pub and Grill for a few more years. This is definitely the cleanest and nicest I have seen this spot in its newest iteration as the Dixie Taverne. They are right next door and connected to the newly added location of Rock N Roll Kitchen which is a great restaurant. This is a nice space and would be a good spot to hang out for watching athletic events or just passing a good time. Overall you just can't beat hanging out at any spot named "Dixie" so God Bless Dixie and while polite Yankees are invited all you scalawags and carpetbaggers stay away!“
“When Ba Chi Canteen closed I was so sad, and made sure I visited Ba Chi Kitchen before I left NoLa this time!! I made a late night to-go order that I ordered several hours ahead, and the food was fresh and delicious. I was also met with the sweetest girl (I didn’t catch her name), and she was so sweet and friendly even though my order was scheduled 15 mins before close. They have my favorite bao in the city, I had the ba chi bacos and the bbq pork baco and they were just what I was looking for. Also, I’ve never had crispy gyoza before here and it’s probably my favorite menu item!“
