Quick service and EXCELLENT customer service skills. I had an issue with an order that was incorrect ( basically the two sandwiches we ordered were “swapped”- correct toppings but on wrong sandwich)I called and immediately got an apology and an offer to make it right, which they did. They were extremely nice and respectful about it. So surprised with the response. Not from Jersey Mike’s, but not used to having matters handled so well.Will definitely go back!

This is more of a suggestion than a review. Love this place. However, today there were 5 people behind the counter including the cook, yet it was very slow. One guy took my order, wrote it down, gave me the ticket, cut the bread, slice the meat and put it on the bread. He was making to go orders and serving the people in line!
