Okay, I absolutely love which wich. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they're only open on the weekends, which I understand is for a reason, but it's such a good sandwich place. After I work out on the weekends I make sure to stop by because they have such a great dynamic there. I love that you just choose what you want by yourself, it's great for people who get nervous about what they want or that can never really decide because you just color in what you want and they make it. Their sandwiches are SO good too, like, I've never had a bad sandwich from there. I honestly don't get sandwiches that much, but anyone I do it will definitely be from which wich!

This place should just close. They are never open. Doesn't matter what the hours on the door says. I have literally stopped by here 6 times in 18 months and they are never open even though the hours on the door say they should be. I'm done.

Food quality is very good. Their menu has changed and they got rid of some sandwiches I like. Now for the bad. They are never open. I went numerous times during the week for lunch to try to order a sandwich and the place was dark and locked. Supposedly, open on weekends only but who knows. I don’t know how being a national chain you can only be open sporadically when no one else is doing that. You cannot blame Covid anymore. Corporate office should find new owners or manager or shut this place down. I go to Jersey Mikes now. Which Wich lost my business!

Employees are rude here and not welcoming at all. I also asked for a little bit of Mayo and mustard and instead gave me extra of both and it was disgusting. Go to jersey mikes instead. They are nicer and the sandwiches are much better

Talk about confusing....usually ordering a sandwich is fairly a no brainer, this store location has managed to make it complicated. Note: if you ask for an un toasted sandwich too bad it's getting toasted. I use love a good WhichWich sandwich too....not any more. $15 bucks for a sandwich made Their way not your way....

i ordered my food without marinara on the bag and i get my sandwich and it has marinara on it. it was nasty and soggy. i don't know why it was so hard to not put marinara on it. their crushed ice is good tho

I'm sorry but this place is really bad. It should've been a clue when I walked in and there was nobody else there right? Their service was horrible and I can't so much for the food either. Obviously I will never be back and I encourage you to eat elsewhere
My favorite fast sandwich spot on the northshore. Soooo many different toppings, you can create any sandwich you could imagine. Their House Chips (salt and pepper) are the best!

Very clean. I had a turkey club that was seething with avacado. The bread is tasty. Fries were very crispy for crinkle cut fries. I definitely will visit again. The ordering system is confusing to me, though. Gotta pick a bag under a category and then order something in the bag. This really is overwhelming for me and a poor choice for the brand. Need to simplify the way to order, or maybe I'm missing something here.
