My husband and I have been going to different Outbacks all over the US almost once a week. The service and food here is the worst. Waitresses do not care what so ever. Would never go back.

Or waitress was horrible!!!! Arrived around 7:40 and sat for about 20 minutes before our waitress even came to our table. drinks arrived late, bread arrived late, and service was overall bad. Over 2 hours passed and we still didn’t get our food, not to mention, when we asked for refills it took over 10 minutes to retrieve them… Waitress seemed dazed and lost, definitely would not recommend coming to this location if you are looking for a good food experience. DO BETTER!!!!

Longhorn is alway our go to place. Today was absolutely horrible starting with the service. It took an HOUR to get our food!! We ate our little side salad that finally came out and our food showed up 45 minutes later. We were there before 4:00. Was not crowded. Saw plenty of staff just walking back m forth and standing around talking. Ok, enough about the service. I think I now have food poisoning. I started feeling bad not long after leaving.. and now few hours later the fun is beginning in the bathroom. I had the Salmon, and broccoli and few of hubby’s ribs. I never want to go there again.

The server was the only good thing to write about. She was attentive.The bread came out cold and hard so we needed to order another. The wings were drenched in salt. The salmon in the salad was undercooked/slimy on the inside. The medium steak came out rare. The margarita was underwhelming.It’s something about this location. The other LH location was fine. This was my second time here hoping the first time was just a one off. It wasn’t. I won’t be back.

I'm probably not going back. The service was not good. We waited more than ten minutes before we were asked if we needed a drink. I requested a baked potato and was given mashed potatoes. I thought they were out, but the table was given one after I got my meal. Our salad was given to us until the end. The waitress even said she had forgotten to give it to us. The only time we were given a refill was when we asked for the check. Other than that, our food was good. My husband's steak was full of pepper. That's why he needed that refill.

There was a 25 minute wait, which is understandable for a Saturday night. Once seated it took an hour and 10 mns to get our two entrees. When we received our dinner, it was like warm. Maybe even room temp. Total disappointment. And the restaurant was unkempt. The floors were dirty.

Slow service, but she mentioned she was new. But horrible food. The steak was ordered medium and come out medium rare. Even my 8 y/o said had no flavor. My baked potato was rotten on the inside. Luckily i had ordered it loaded and was mixing the ingredients and found it before taking a bite. Management not once checked on us and no comps or discounts offered for such horrible food....last time i go to that location. Last 3 times have been bad service and last time i was there was about 9 months ago.
