This location needs to shutdown and start over with owners that actually give a damn. Hire employees that can do the basics please!!!!! Addition and reading are taught at young ages, yet somehow this location finds all the drop-outs!

Why do we call this kind of dining "a treat"? Because it's not. But that aside, my husband and I and our 6-year-old son hadn't had any fast food for a pretty long time. Husband's going right by on his way home, I'd been home being busy and our son was being awesome. Neither one of us planned the night's dinner the day before like normal, meats weren't thawed, and didn't have it in us to try so, why not!?! Go ahead and get Mc D'S. Happy Meal-burger had that "been sitting under the warmer too long" quality. Fries-can't judge because they were sadly cold and rock hard in the time it took to get home from there (10 min. in a DoorDash insulted bag)My Double 1/4 was where my biggest complaint came from. One of my patties was violently overcooked and the other was, well, not. I've got weird phobia-induced OCDs when it comes to fast food sometimes. The husband claims to have eaten his order on the way home and since he doesn't share my issues he didn't do an exam before eating. Nothing happened to him so obviously it was fine. I probably would have been fine had I just eaten mine as well but, no. Does that not look a tad unacceptable to anyone else or is it just me and my phobia anxiety?

I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken meal and the chicken was so CHARRED that I could not bite through it. My fries were also extremely burnt and had little to no salt on them — the only think not burnt was my drink, which is impossible to burn. This is not the first time that this location has absolutely destroyed my food. I get that fast food gets busy, but there needs to be a quality standard.

Ordered a fish sandwich, was down the road when I realized there was no fish on it. Went back to McDonald's, and the manager kindly gave me a milkshake and fry for the inconvenience AND a fish sandwich.

Tbh if you are going to be open on thanksgiving, you should train your staff to act better. Being bitter to customers is not the way to go. First, the man who took my order didn’t get the first meal. Did not notice til my receipt at the next window when the lady working the window tonight was rude to say ‘you cannot place an order at the window’. When we kindly reminded her we had already ordered it and it was a mistake, she gave us a dirty look and said ‘you can come inside to get the rest ordered then. That’s all your food.’ This is my final time at this McDonald’s, I mean you already have a terrible reputation for being the worst McDonald’s in the Denham area, so I guess I should’ve expected less than bare minimum.
