Ordered a plain ,no cheese, burger but got cheese anyway even trusted the girl when I asked her if there was no cheese and she assured me it doesn’t this is like the 5th time this has happened the whole time we’ve been going here tired of it

No one was on roller skates, the back door to the bathroom was stuck, there were wires sticking out of previous kiosks, everything was sticky, and I developed severe depression. Classic Sonic experience! I brought my own lunch though, so I'm not sure how the food was. The employees were nice! Didn't even threaten us.Wheelchair accessibility: It's Sonic.

Ordered the "jumbo" popcorn chicken. Nothing but old breading. Opened one up and this is how it looked on the inside. Gross! My child wouldn't even eat it.

Night shift manager is horrible. Food took forever to come out and then it was the wrong food. She takes it back and comes back a couple minutes later to tell us they’re making our food. It had to be 15mins later we hit the call button to ask what’s going on. I see one of the 10 people standing around in there jump because the food is sitting in the bag on the shelf. Then the extra sauce we ordered wasn’t in the bag. The girl that came out said they don’t do extra sauce even and she’s get the manager. They actually sent the manager out to tell us that they don’t use the app we ordered our food from and they dont do extra sauce. You’d think after giving wrong food and leaving food to get cold they’d be an accommodating and give one extra sauce.
