It's a pre-engineered metal building like a auto parts store with black tinted double doors when you walk inside, it's one big room with horizontal planks, a bar to the right and a variety of seating arrangements. My wife met me there yesterday for drinks and appetizers. Half dozen fried oysters for 10 bucks is a steal. The Arancini was great. The crawfish crêpe was good. However, the crêpe was more like a pancake than a crêpe, and it was flat, not rolled, but it was good. Wine and old fashions were great. The service was excellent and prompt This is the third time I've been to Roux 25. While the Large plates part of the menu was limited, a fillet, three burgers and lasagna, the small plates side of the menu was filled with a lot of good choices. This is a hidden gem on Highway 25 between Covington and Folsom. Don't be fool by the looks of the building.“
