“Been into this location twice now, as well as ordered to go, and have always received great smoothies! I don't want to mention another company, however, Jamba was a favorite of mine but since moving to the east coast I haven't been able to find another smoothie place that satisfies my cravings... until Smoothie King! So good!Also, to note... I had never heard of Smoothie King BUT on a trip to New Orleans I saw a huge sports coliseum that is sponsored by Smoothie King so I guess Smoothie King is kinda a big deal.Good job Fort Polk Smoothie King! “VERY long line as I came here during peak lunch hours. I thought they did a very good job handling the long line with speed and precision. My Turkey and cheddar sandwich was made right and hot. Same with the fries. There was some confusion of orders but they quickly talked through them and made them right. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy. As always, a great lunch option. Plus 10% off when you use your military star card!”

“How do you review a chain establishment operated by another chain establishment, inside of a military installation? Pretty much the same as any other Qdoba I have been to. Since I work around the country at military installations, I waited until the lunch rush is typically over. At around 1240 there was practically no line and the service was quick. My favorite is the smoked brisket either in a bowl or a burrito.”

“Dunkin' is located within Fort Johnson, LA. They have a very efficient drive thru lane and service inside that is organized. Loved the multiple type of draft Java bar handles to disperse flavors, mocha, and Nitro brews. Ordered the Toasted Sourdough with Bacon, cheese, and 2 eggs: Cold brew Java black for breakfast. It was delicious and hit the Java spot! They offer multiple seating options inside, clean, and well lighted. Will definitely return for my Java Fix!”

“Not bad.... considering its fort Polk. Orange chicken was kinda soggy both times I went, almost undercooked. Not the crunchy outside soft inside you usually find in your average Panda Express. But! It's fort Polk. Can't complain. Will eat there again. And then again.”

“Taqueria La Palma is the spot!Absolutely delicious "Mom and Pop" shop that serves authentic Mexican food. I always order the "Full Carne Asada Quesadilla Plate" with a large horchata. This restaurant has the best carne asada meat in town, hands down.The service here is friendly, the food is reasonably priced, and the ambiance is mellow. I wish I had known about this place sooner, but l'm glad I get to experience its wonders for my last few months here.Give them a try, you won't regret it!”

“What an amazing find!! I have been working in Leesville since the fall and I am SO sad that I found this place on my last day. The food was authentic and SO flavorful! There is homemade hot sauce on every table that is a must. The passion fruit juice was delicious and made fresh and served by the most engaging, knowledgeable, and kind server, Chris. “Cuore Coffee is truly one of the greatest gifts in the Leeseville area!The coffee shop is a "jack of all trades." The drinks (coffee / tea / smoothies) are all amazing. I specifically love the iced lattes (always get chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon).The food here is also delicious. They serve sandwiches, burritos, tacos, and platters. Breakfast and lunch menu have slightly different options, but the basis I listed are available.This place is aesthetically pleasing and provides both a nice atmosphere to dine in. They also have a drive thru available.Their new hours are Monday- Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.This place is an absolute must try, you won't regret it!”

“Pictures don't do this place justice. Classic burger joint with total customization. Mouth watering never frozen beef that is well seasoned and hand cut fries that don't suck Front desk and cook ( owners?) were super nice to us since it was our first time and it can be a little overwhelming. Checked on us after we had our meals as well. The whole place looks a little rough from the outside but the inside is a beautiful place to eat. Dark green tile, big windows and an open iron joist ceiling. Very classic and very cool. Originally we were told it was all too greasy for most people but we 100% disagree. Far less greasy than 5 guys, tastes just as good if not better and is 40% cheaper. We will make this place a regular dining out spot.”

“I ordered the Thai Fried rice and added shrimp. It was good. And the portion was very good. I couldn't eat it all and got to take some to go for later. The service was great and the food came out hot and fast. The inside was nice and clean. If you're looking for Thai in the area, I recommend”

“This is definitely the best hidden gem in all of leesville. They are well known for their freshly hot made pulled pork and their bbq sauce. The service is great and super fast considering they make the food as you order it. It's a small little place with inside and outside chairs and a drive up window as well as a walk up window. We would always go get the voodoo fries. We have never tasted something so so good. They make their pulled pork fresh and had freshly made fries with cheese, bbq sauce, and even jalapeños. It's the one place we would always go to eat something good and cheap.”

“This is a cute little store almost like a rare gem. It's really hard to find good places in leesville. We were driving by a small long shoppee and saw the letters outside stating they sell smoothies and coffees and rarely enough we decided to stop by and try it out. It's super rare for us to try anything out in leesville when we lived there unless we were recommend to go. But we didn't regret stopping here. The store was actually quite big and it had half coffee/smoothie bar and half healthy goods to buy. They also had healthy snacks like bars and cookies. I got an ice coffee with three pumps of vanilla and creamer and my husband got a caramel ice coffee and they were great! We also have heard that they're smoothies are so much better then smoothie kings stores! :)”
