Worst chipotle i have been too, i walked in at 8 chairs were already upside down on tables door said they closed at 8, was told there was no more pastor chicken and as soon as i was about to pay a fresh tray was brought in.

The lobby was dirty as well as outside patio area. There weren't any forks to eat with. The soda machine was out of coke zero and they were out of vinaigrette. It was ok. The one by LSU is better.

Food was great, I would say portion size was off but to my benefit on this visit. Restaurant was a complete disaster. Tables dirty, and trash on the ground everywhere. I actually went get wipes out of my car to clean a table so we could sit and eat. Staff was somewhat friendly.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. Every time I go they are out of something. It’s 7 o clock and chairs are up like they are rushing to leave as if it doesn’t close at 10. I’ve never seen a chipotle so poorly managed. Intentionally losing business.

Chipotle at Tangier outlet is the best. Way better than izzos. Or, was. After a long day at work I couldn't wait to stop by and get a burrito from there. What's going on Chipotle? My burrito just doesn't have the same flavor as it did before. And how do you run out of cheese? Out of chips and napkins? How did you do that? Why is there no soap or paper towels in the men's room? I shouldn't have to ask a clerk there to put some in. Nor should a man have to knock on the ladies bathroom door and hope no one's in there just to see if they have soap. Men like to wash their hands too you know. What's going on? The staff were great but leadership is lacking which is making the food and enjoyment lacking. Today I wish I just went to Taco Bell instead bc I know what to expect there. I only ate half my burrito. Can I get a refund? You know what, just tighten up and make it how it once was not too long ago. Make Chipotle a good place to go again please.

Ordered on the app and when I went to pick up they said they had no cheese. Okay fine cool. Can I have a refund to order somewhere else? Oh no you used our app so you have to call corporate for a refund. Literally spent $35 and now I don't have any food and I have to wait 7 to 14 business days to get my money back!
