“Got the Oxtail meal, beignets, Po boy, char grills oysters (loaded) and had a little of the big back meal… NADIA YOU AINT HAVE NO BUSINESS MAKING ALL THIS FOOD THIS GOOD!!!!! yes I ate everything. The oxtail came with rice, cabbage l, sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese… that cabbage!!!!!!!!! Had me seeing stars! The oxtails!!! Made to perfection. The oysters EVERYTHING was damnnn good. My only regret is I didn’t bring a cooler down to bring food back …. I’ll know for next time. 100000010101010101/10 . Keep following your dreams Nadia I’m so proud of and happy for you!!! Next time I’ll bring a cooler so I can have one of everything (and not have crystal judging me)”

“Awesome place to hang out and play pool or darts. A great place mingle and have adult beverages. You have to be 21 or over to get in.We are not a kitchen so we dont serve food.”

“We went in for breakfast and two of us ordered hash browns. While the girl at the counter was very polite and professional and helpful when it came to our coffee order, she did not mention that the hash browns would be tater tots. Tots. Granted, these were cooked to perfection for tater tots but they were not hash browns. It would have been nice if we were told that the hash browns we ordered would be tater tots. My grandmother would have likely ordered something else. Would she have known.
I never seem to know what coffee to order, so I ordered one of the fall specials and my sister ordered the red velvet. I thought it was neat that they put actual red velvet cake mix on the side of the cup, and I actually enjoyed her drink a lot more than I did mine.
I also appreciate that they have several sugar-free options. They also have packets of stevia at the table which is not common in most establishments in this area.
I've only been to this location twice, and plan to return. It's certainly worth a visit, especially if you're visiting Danos across the Bayou.”

“Stopped last week to check out what they had. Ordered lunch. So impressed! Cancelled my hello fresh to try their meal prep. Absolutely BEST Meal Prep Ever Had! We ordered steak and chicken it was just delicious. Even for my lil picky eater. Cost efficient- fantastic service- great food!”

My only suggestion would be to ask the employees to work on greeting people as they walk in and acknowledge them before calling out their name for their order because I walked in and stood at the pick up counter for about 2-3minutes before they called my name out for my order. There was about 4-5 workers but no one greeted or acknowledged me prior.”

I ordered the honey-lemon chicken with corn grits, and it was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and wonderfully balanced. The atmosphere has that “great little place” feel: cozy, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, stopping by just the right amount to make sure you have everything you need without ever feeling rushed. Fabulous food, warm service, and a comfortable setting make 531 Liberty Cafe a must-visit.”
