I giggle at New Orleans in general and especially this place. I went in having pre-ordered a half ham bone-in a couple of days before thanksgiving. They didn't have the tech up to see anything but my name. Over the next few minutes I was brought a no-bone ham (nope, return) a bone-in that was 2lb more than I purchased (no, return) and finally a ham "about" the same size I'd ordered. Tried to get my ham at one point but there was a line around the building. No decent parking. Went in later that day with no line and got my ham and “rolls” (which were some sort of split buns. Bigger than a regular hamburger bun.) The ham was good but not amazing.

The welcoming was EXTREMELY A welcome to their store haven't had that type of greeting in any place in decades. The sandwiches was delicious & everything fresh. I were gifted gift cards from my job last yr and this yr never used them but one time for a repass.
