“After a not so great experience at FedEx, I arrived to pick up a to go order 30 minutes late. The woman working the counter was so nice. She even teased me for being late and praised me for using my points to get the entire order free! The pizza was still piping hot and crispy. We enjoyed it! Thank you to that employee for making my day better after that negative experience at FedEx. I wish I had gotten her name to properly thank her for making my day better.“

It's your average subway sandwiches but the thing that makes this location stand out is the customer service. The workers are so friendly and usually always remember your usual if you frequent this spot.“

“Tried many pizza places over the years but Papa John's variety of selections beats them all. I especially like their thin crust pizza called "The Works" & people should treat themselves to the delicious cinnamon pull-aparts. Not to mention, I also try to get several Papadias whenever I order from Papa John's. The foods are so flavorful & satisfying. I still find it's a place reasonably priced to fit most people's budgets. Whatever the cost though, the Menu items will be well worth it.“
“So here’s my story I was always a lover of chipotle food, and I’ve been to the restaurants all over the United States but over the last 18 months I’ve tried the chipotle on veterans Highway. The service was poor. The food was not the standard and adjust made me not want to return, so after staying away from the restaurant for a long time, I tried the one in Elmwood . what an amazing surprise the staff were happy the food was as I remembered it. The first time I had it everything was fresh crispy and perfectly seasoned. If you’ve had a bad experience, somewhere else, come to this location, you won’t be disappointed. I also spoke to the manager who helped me understand that they were putting a lot of effort and making it a great experience What come to expect I’ll be back“
“This store was very very busy; it was overwhelming to even observe it as a customer. The professionalism of the staff was amazing. I observed them all doing several different tasks simultaneously -- all working efficiently to support eachother as a team.There was an irate customer obnoxiously causing a scene and holding up the employees and the line of people waiting to order. All employees maintained impeccable professionalism despite the number of orders needed prepped, the number of customers waiting to order, and the knucklehead screaming at them halting the entire operation. At the front register facing the brunt of the drama was Kam. Kam's customer service was among the best I've ever seen. I've spent years dealing with irate people like that man and I couldn't have kept it together the way she did. Truly an outstanding display of character. All staff deserved credit.The food was surprisingly good for how busy they were and fast they were moving. The only problem I had was there was nowhere for my family of 4 to sit. There were 3 Walmart employees sitting each by themself at booths suited for families. That left my family and i with nowhere to sit. I don't blame burger king for that, they were too busy and couldn't have noticed.Solid crew. The event occurred Saturday, July 29, at approximately 1pm.“
