I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes. Nobody answered . Pulled up to the window to find everyone clowning and having a jolly good time . 20 minutes for tenders. The whole staff of ridiculous. And nobody was in the line . Absolutely nobody. Watched a car drive off for nobody answering the intercom.

I work nearby. Second time I walked out of that place. First time I paid for my food and was told to pull up. The place closed while I was waiting. Second time I was ignored until I finally left. Good luck with that.

This is the most pathetic Popeyes in Jefferson Parish. First time I went I said I’d never go back but i made the mistake & did today. Pulled to the drive-thru & they had us park & said they’d bring it to us. 15 mins & 6 cars later i went inside & they hadn’t even started the order. plus they gave me 2 spicy sandwiches which i had ordered only one and the other classic. They suck!! Never again will i go to this one in Elmwood. No apologies or anything.
Ordered online at 8:11 p.m didn't walk out till 8:50 the workers kelp playing around had loud music playing an singing manager was just chillin on her phone in the back had to ask for my food twice watched two young men go to the rest room an come out didn't wash they're hands an went atright back to work wouldn't take free food from that place an they forgot my red beans

Poorly run establishment. Did an online takeout order and was missing some items and the food given was not accurate according to what was ordered. Was told from an employee that my order should have been picked up inside instead of drive thru; which made no sense. Worse Popeyes location ever. Live less than 10 minutes away, took over an hour to get the right food from restaurant to table....

Most of the time it's just packed and takes a while to get food even when ordered 40min in advance (i always go during lunch hour). Staff is usually frustrated and overworked and tired. Most of the time they're fussing at each other behind the counter but the food comes out cooked and okay. Just be sure to check your items before you leave and order in advance if you're going in during busy hours. Wait time usually is 12min-40min the couple of times I've been there during lunch hours when it's busy.
Uber eats will not give money back I spent 76 on food for my kids to receive half a order and no one answeringLife is to expensive as it is much less to be forced to pay twice so the rest of my kids can eat

Store’s appearance is fine. Everything else is very questionable. Went in this evening and waited almost ten minutes for some to come to the counter to take my order, while five employees hung out casually on their phone. Then when asked was the lobby closed, they said the counter person was making a sandwich. After I got my food and made it home I was very disappointed with how over cooked the wings were. I’ve had poor experiences at this location in the past but continue to patronize because of convenience. However, I think this was the final straw.

Food tasted great, but service was kinda awful. The girl at the register clearly did not want to be there, and that affected things. However, the girl who packed my order up was super kind. But she missed an item ??♀️
Employees to Slow only 3car in the driveway waiting time to get my food 20minutes inside 6 employees working and 4 customer waiting at the Counter!Needs a customer skills and speeding up Traning!
