Most of the time it's just packed and takes a while to get food even when ordered 40min in advance (i always go during lunch hour). Staff is usually frustrated and overworked and tired. Most of the time they're fussing at each other behind the counter but the food comes out cooked and okay. Just be sure to check your items before you leave and order in advance if you're going in during busy hours. The line was long because most of the employees were in the parking lot doing Lord knows what. My order was accurate but no condiments. The drive thru attendant was courteous and polite.

Food tasted great, but service was kinda awful. The girl at the register clearly did not want to be there, and that affected things. However, the girl who packed my order up was super kind. But she missed an item ??‍♀️
