“Stop by Waffle House 06/16/2024 for quick breakfast while traveling service were very poor receive eggs, hashbrowns and toast no bacon told us we would get it in a few minutes ten minutes later receive bacon no waffles that came with the order finish eating twenty minutes later than waitress bring waffles ask if we wanted to take it home with us and the rest of the bacon could not believe she said that , saying they are working on the problem and the to go order go out faster ,it sound like they have a serious problem need to get rid of all there cooks and hire new ones won't be going there again.”

BUT two day's later we went back around 5pm and literally no customers after ordering and getting our food a table for two came the service was good but the omelette this time was a disappointment it was very thin and crispy which shouldn't be that way so not to sure what was going on in the kitchen but the omelets that we got that go around wasn't on point that time around”

“If I could give any place 1000 stars I would!!! The food was amazing! (You have to try the dumplings) and the owner was absolutely wonderful!!! I went in with my 2 yr old son. Of course he started getting rowdy after a while of us eating, and she came up to us with no hesitation and started to soothe him so I could finish my meal. She even gave him a treat for being so well behaved for so long. We felt so welcomed and the service was so fast. Can’t wait to go back.”

It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. Who puts drinks in a bag anyways? The subs are amazing but sheesh”

Just mixing the chocolate bar and banana daquiri isn't the same as actually putting a banana and Hersey's chocolate and mixing the drink properly. The staff were very nice and professional. They did their job, but the product didn't really compete with the competition in the area.”

Our wedding guests marveled at how the cake was artistically detailed. Its presentation was spot on. And the color match perfect !Then there was the flavor. A frosting that was creamy, fillings that were full of flavor (lemon and coconut) and cake that was light, fresh and tasty. “We came to Houma for a pageant my niece was in on February 8th 2025 ! I came from New Orleans and baby let me tell ya the bbq was absolutely amazing ! the lady at the front counter recommended the jambalaya and the backed Mac it was delicious. Very nice lady the customer service was on point . We went to our table where we were met by the best waitress ! she was phenomenal and very helpful she also had the best attitude I can’t remember her name but it may have started with an x I think or maybe a z but she had vwry short blond hair ! Just want to send a Hugh shot out to her great job girl and like I said the bbq was phenomenal I loved the atmosphere and experience ! We be back if I’m ever in Houma again !!”

I asked for the price of a filet of fish and a dude if grits. once told I ordered that. When I got the bill, I was charged for the most expensive fish item on the menu. 26 dollars for a piece of fish and a side of grits. There were better ways for this to happen. I wasn't informed of the cost prior to receiving the bill. I definitely would not have ordered that. I asked for the kitchen manager, Amy Daigle, she never came out. She instead sent someone else, Miranda, who said there was nothing she could do...... sad.”

But...it would not have been as good of a family night out without the very kind smiles, patience & swift service from our waitress Angelique...I don't know if I spelled her name right. She was bombarded with work but stayed on top of everything. Every worker there had smiles and moved quickly. They have a good thing going. Everything was smooth and the visit was one to remember! Thank you to all the cooks, management & workers. Definitely recommend this Chili's. God bless! Oh, I forgot to take pictures of my food but it looks so good we just couldn't resist and again but if you want to know what it looks like you get a good idea from the menu. Mouth-watering”
