Took over 40 minutes from when I order a pulled pork sandwich until I received it. There is no acceptable reason for this. The manager had the audacity to tell me they were busier than normal as the reason for me waiting over 20 minutes after arriving after my order was already supposed to be ready. I won’t be going back anytime soon!
We came to Houma for a pageant my niece was in on February 8th 2025 ! I came from New Orleans and baby let me tell ya the bbq was absolutely amazing ! the lady at the front counter recommended the jambalaya and the backed Mac it was delicious. Very nice lady the customer service was on point . We went eat Big Mikes Nov 21,2024. we were disappointed 😞. My hubby usually loves their green beans but tonight they were old and not good..wasn't smothered like it use to be ..they were roasted. also the meats wasn't like it use to be either. we were told on the phone if we didn't want the sandwich slice bread we can get the buns..so we got the buns..it was hamburger buns and charged us 3.58 for them. also she told me the grilled shrimp skrews were 5.99 a piece I ask for...read full review
