Received a cinnamon king cake that was shipped to me from Cannata's. It was ok. I had people over specifically to enjoy a king cake, but unfortunately there was no baby in the cake. Everyone was disappointed. A card stated a baby was "inserted into the cake". I called Cannata's and they said it was against the law to put the baby in the cake as it was a choking hazard. Great shopping, good prices, and everything we need. They also have a lot of hard to find items that I can't find anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff. Very fresh produce, seafood, and meats.

Needed King Cakes for a Mardi Gras party and Cannata's delivered big time! The cakes came fast and fresh with fun NOLA decorations including beads. I just had to open and serve. They were so tasty I sent cakes to business associates and friends as birthday cakes. The price is far lower than anything else I found on the web. So delicious! The snickerdoodle gooey butter was the crowd favorite.
