My first time eating here today, I really enjoyed my roast beef sandwich and chips and the bread that it came on was really good, the people working there were also very friendly...and yes I would go back and eat there, the price wasn’t bad either.

This place used to make awesome sandwiches but now that they are only open TWO hours a day they rush your order and don't care anymore. The last the three times I've been there my entire order has been completely wrong. In this time when restaurants are competing to stay in business I will definitely be spending my money someplace that actually appreciates my money enough to make my sandwich correctly. DONE WITH THIS JIMMY JOHNS!!! It’s a shame how franchises go right down the drain when they come to Houma.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it wasn't freaky fast. I didn't really mind that it took over 30mins to deliver, even though I live less than 500yards from the store. What I had an issue with is that I ordered a large drink and got a medium. Which honestly isn't that big of a deal but when I called, the guy assured me that his driver fixed a large drink and I must be mistaken. I told him, his driver definitely didn't give me a large drink. He told me he'd take care of it, and that's the last I heard from them. So basically they took my money for a large, I didn't get and they didn't seem to care. I know these are small issues but when you pay $20 for a sandwich you expect better. Oh and they forgot my mayo packets.

I wanted a tuna sandwich and didn't really have too many places to choose from. I ordered from my iPhone app and as soon as I hit "submit order", there was a knock at my door. I answered with my phone still in my hand and the very nice delivery driver said "please sign the top copy".
