This is the best food in terminal C by far. All home made Cajun and southern dishes not just mediocre airport food. Also the cashier Matilda helped me twice when I was dysfunction with my bags and spilling bisque all over myself. Plus cool open area to eat with new tables and outlets and nice lighting.
The red beans and rice with andouille was pretty good, and the sausage had a good snap the casing with some spice.The "seafood" gumbo should just be called gumbo. I found 4 of the tiniest crawfish tails I never knew were even legal to harvest and that was the extent of the seafood. It was also very bland and needed salt. Service was friendly and the place seemed clean. Not a bad spot overall to hangout waiting for a flight.

Best deal of any airport ive ever been to. Ive been twice and have gotten red beans and rice and shrimp and grits. Large delicious portions with a veggie side. Would be bomb even if it wasnt in an airport for the price.
