Very clean, and the food is amazing. The ceviche is really fresh and the molé is amazing. The owner is a great guy too.

Blue Apache is authentic on multiple levels. This is traditional Latino cuisine with adoptions from the Native Attakapa. So impressed 360! I had Quail Fajitas. Unbelievably fresh. Real margaritas made the old fashioned way. Management is a loving people with team family caring of their guests/patrons. ????

I was a customer that supported this restaurant and I have made many orders from here before. I picked up some food today and got a call back from the manager named Bethany saying that cops were going to be called on me because the cashier gave me the over the amount of change, which I had no knowledge of this, because I rarely count my change back after going somewhere to buy something because I assume the cashier know what they are doing. I was appalled of this and it was unexpected. Bethany made it out like I was the villain in this situation and not the employee that GAVE ME the over the amount of change that he was suppose to carefully and correctly count back. Bethany should be fired for not training her employees well enough to give good customer service. It does not matter if the employee is below the age of 18, ALL employees should be trained well while working at a company so they know not to make careless mistakes. I will not be ordering here again.

Is smells funky inside. Way to small. Shrimp have a very bad taste and smell. The Fajitas for two were way way waaayyy small than other Mexican restaurant. Definitely not authentic. Horrible Music that wasn't "Mexican theme". We ordered a Margarita didn't like it and sent it back FULL still got charged other places would have removed it as it wasn't consumed. The waiter was rude and seemed to get upset when my 7 month baby accidentally got ahold of a drink and spilled. It's part of the job accidents happen get over it.
