Normally I won't rate a fast food place unless the experience is either great or horrible. This BK was very clean and the lady who took my order was very nice and polite, food was good and hot too. Great job by the manager and crew running this place.
It's a hit or miss place! There's a crew that works that always makes sure our food is always hot and fresh. Then there's a crew that can't get anything right. I hate to give them 3stars but it's called teamwork.

They never answer the phone after bad orders. So you stuck with your food. If I would live in Lafayette I would return my food. IT sucks to get home and you missing food or order ain't right. Poor management!
