If I could give less than one store, I would !!!! (Thursday, March 21 around 11:30pm) Not only did it take me 30 minutes to get my food. THEY STOLE MY CARD INFORMATION!!! It was a brand new card I just received in the mail that day. Now I’m receiving random charges on my card!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! IF YOU DO USE CASH ONLY!!!

I literally came at 10:40pm to 11:00. Spent 25 dollars on cold food. I asked for everything to be fresh and I would wait. The old lady was huffing and puffing. Ringing up my order wrong. I get to the window and before I pay I tell her again, I would like everything fresh. She then throws my drink at me. I’m like ma’am don’t throw no drink. My fries had salt, my meat wasn’t off the broiler, I paid extra for a slice of cheese none. Then she wouldn’t give a receipt after asking. After 25 dollars that’s a waste of money. I want my refund or something done. Oh and a boy was in there with her.

Horrible experience!!! The onion rings were old and the burger was old. I asked for no pickles and cut in half. They took the pickles off and icould tastethe pickles the ingredients were sloppy. The lettuce was brown. The best thing was my drink. The lady was rude and to top it off no receipt. I have called at least 5 times and no answer. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION¡!!!!!!

This location is the most unprofessional PLACE OF BUSINESS! they would have you wait 15 mins with no one in front you before taking your order. And this is the only location I experienced that with. Omg pleas have better trained employees. Also please stop asking us to pull forward and backwards to reset your timer.

They never answer the phone after bad orders. So you stuck with your food. If I would live in Lafayette I would return my food. IT sucks to get home and you missing food or order ain't right. Poor management!

Place is not 24 hours. Here at 11pm and this manager stated we are closing. I drove across town to eat at burger King but King is falsely advertising hours that are non existant.
