“Don't let the fact that this is inside a convenience store stop you from trying some of the best Honduran food in South Louisiana. They don't pre-cook anything, so plan on 30 minutes for your order to be made ready. Call in before.“

“If you are looking for a traditional Mexican burrito, this isn't your place. What they serve here is a Tex-Mex burrito. If you are wondering at the difference the Mexican style are small, simple, baked, and often part of a meal while the Tex-Mex are large, fresh wrapped, and stuffed with a variety of ingredients. I enjoy both styles depending on my mood and when I want a Tex-Mex one this is my go to.Their burritos vary from large to a weapon in size, while being stuffed full of a large range of ingredients of your choosing. Their cilantro ranch is a great finishing touch. Their other options are good, though if you want their nachos eat them there rather than to go (nachos never hold up well to time and travel).Parking: While sufficient parking off peak hours, during peak times you might have to park around the corner.“

“I enjoyed my meal but I wouldn't say it loved it. It has been at least five years since I ate here because my previous two experiences weren't good at all. It was better this time. All of the staff were friendly and they were busy during my visit. You'll have a better experience if you can time your visit when they are not busy. When they have lots of people waiting, they'll start your order and then stop so they can start taking more orders. So all the hot ingredients that were put into my burrito, such as the meat, rice, beans, sit out on the open counter getting cold. At this point, the burrito has not been rolled up. Everything got cold. Finally after a long wait, they resumed making my burrito. The flavor was good but the meat was overwhelmed by the beans. I happened to order pork. I found the pork lacking any flavor. I will make a different choice next time. I've had the steak previously and it was seasoned better. Just to be clear, the burrito didn't taste bad or anything but then again it didn't wow me either. I also ordered chips and queso on the side. I really enjoyed the chips which are very thin, crispy, and lightly salted. The queso was a mix. The flavor was excellent in my opinion but it's so watery that it's hard to dip your chips without queso dropping everywhere from the cup to your mouth. Not only is that messy but it makes it very hard to get enough queso on the chip, at least to my liking. But the flavor was good, in fact among my favorites that I've ever had. In the end, the meal was fine but if they addressed some of these flaws, at least in my opinion, I would go there more often. Note that unless you're a big eater, the smallest size burrito is a very generous portion. You won't go away hungry.“
