Fridays April -5 at 5:30 PM I go with my wife to Chilis to eat as I do every 3 or 4 times a month. We sat at the bar and it took them more than 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. Finally they asked us, I ordered my drink and my wife ordered hers. They brought me my margarita and my wife had to wait more than 18 more minutes for them to bring her a Sprite. There was no one sitting at the bar when I was with my wife. We ordered food and 2 couples came to sit at the bar and two families sat at the tables long after we had sat down and ordered our food. The nice thing is that everyone got their food and left and my wife and I were still waiting. I thought they had gone to kill the cow to prepare my Steak. The people who arrived ate and left told me to call the manager because what they did to us was not fair. I call the manager and he also serves me with a bad attitude, I told him that I wanted to pay for my drinks and leave the place since THEY NEVER SERVED US OUR FOOD. They should put this emoji in their reviews ? because of the bad service. Thanks for nothing

My to-go order was placed in flimsy white plate lunch containers. My dipping sauces for my triple dipper were thrown into the bottom of the bag which could have caused them to open and leak all over the contents in the bag. My son’s pizza was ice cold! He had to wait until we got home for me to heat it up in the microwave before he could eat it. One of the white containers had red smudges covering it which I’m assuming was ketchup even though nothing in my order had ketchup on it. I left a tip over $10 for curbside service and this service definitely did NOT deserve a tip! I do not recommend the location off of Gloria Switch in Lafayette. Their performance lately has been horrible!

I had arrived about 5:40pm. I had a 10 to15 minutes wait. I waited 35 to 40 minutes while everyone was seated. I was alone and a senior citizen. I finally sat down at 7:20. It took 20min to get a glass of water. Then the waitress didn't get my order I had to get the cleanup person to get my waitress to order I did ask 3 more times for a napkin. When I did get a bowl of my favorite chili my request for more water fell on deaf ears. So I couldn't eat because I needed water to swallow. So I took a to go cup. I didn't get a receipt. I did walk out the restaurant about 7:55. 5:40 to 7:55 you do the math. I love chilis but I feel your staff needs urging to treat elderly customers better

If you go to order food online from pickup and go to sit in your car thinking they’ll bring your food out, you’re wrong. Its best to get down and pickup your food yourself because your food would be sitting there ready and you’ll be in the spot for 10-20 minutes waiting then I look in the back not one person have gloves on including the lady that one just handing the money in the front.

The waitress was great! I put 4 stars on the service because a different server brought my food and I had no silverware or napkins. Servers should notice when they deliver your food if the tabletop is empty of that type stuff.

Called in an order. Had the person read it back. Margarita grilled chicken, rice & beans. NO PICO. Order was wrong, tried to call back and let the manager know it was wrong. Got rudely interrupted before I could finish talking. I asked if this is how they do things here at this location, because we’ve been to 12 states and this was the worst management experience I’ve had. Drove 25 minutes back to pick up the right food minus the pico and a little more rice. Did get it but as I walked out saw the manager laughing at me. I guess this IS HOW chilis management handles things. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!
