There are a bunch of inconsistencies in quality, One day the food is amazing and the next day it's bland. All things considered, there is still no local Chinese we would rather have, and still order weekly!

Just placed an order with Dynasty thru Menufy. An item is missing from my order, I called Dynasty and the female I spoke with initially told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because it was placed thru a third party, after some push she says oh you’re gonna come pick it up?Well I decided that I wouldn’t pick up the item, since I no longer trust them to prepare the food.My complaint is that she knew she could replace the item but instead decided to blame the website they use. Wouldn’t have complained but it’s not the first time.

I sent my son to pick up some lunch. He said the customer service was awful. The lady was rude. She only had one order on the counter, verified it was his order, but still wanted to see his pick-up order number. He showed her the message saying his order was ready for pick up but didn't see an order number. The lady said, "What are you stupid? Are you slow? I told my son why he didn't refund the order and walk out. When receiving the food, my son said the wonton was hard, tough to chew. The other food they order was okay. I give 1 star for horrible customer service. Will not order from there again.
