I have always liked I Hop. Now I absolutely love it. The menu is off the charts. I really had a tough time deciding between the strawberry banana pancakes or the breakfast t-bone. So I went for the Cowboy BBQ Steak Burger . My mouth fell in love. We are talking about a steak burger with a tangy sweet BBQ sauce, not out of a jar stuff either, with onion rings and cheese. My date ordered the T-Bone steak and eggs. And had to get an order of the strawberry banana pancakes. I was so impressed with the place. The server was amazing and the manager very humble. I will recommend this place to everyone. It's my new favorite place. Please take time to smell the pancakes at IHop.

Didn’t write things down had to come back 20 minutes later to ask about one of the orders. Food was cold, still messed up the order waited 45 minutes to get the food. Bacon was anll fat. Then waited ten minutes to check out, they were having problems with the “new” register system. Probably the worst experience at an ihop ever.

I called corporate office due to a complaint at this IHOP. Well the manager called me and told me she would take care of me and my wife on our next visit. We went back in the very next day to get our replacement meals. Well the manager wanted to charge me $26 for one of the meals. I told her it's not right that I have to pay for even one meal when your employee messed up on both of our orders yesterday. We'll the manager ended up giving our replacement meals. But that shows you what kind of manager IHOP has now. When the other manager was still working there the place stayed pretty much busy. But not with this manager. She really wanted to ch a rge me enough monet that my wife and I on just the day before. And just think that was for just one meal. The eggs was to runny,the grits was cold and lumpy. I ordered a waffle instead of pancakes which was way past done. It was too crispy. The manager I feel needs more training on how to be a manager. Others I see there should be a manager. They would probably do better than the one they have now.Parking: Handicap parking is hereI

Why did I even come here... once in a blue moon (8-12 months), my wife and I get hungry for some late night pancakes. With nowhere else to go, we turn to IHop. Each time we drive here we try to stay optimistic and think: "Maybe this time will be different", just for us to have that optimistic thought SMASHED into a million pieces as soon as we walk through the door. Per usual: slow/poor service, wrong items, poorly trained staff, and an air of depression so thick, it masks the smell of food coming from the kitchen. The fact that this place has been able to keep its doors open while operating this poorly has me BAFFLED beyond compare. So once again, I sit here and ask myself, "Why, why did I come here..." So far, the nicest part of this meal was the random woman that came off the street trying to sell us posters at our table... which should NOT be happening at a resteraunt, mind you. (I gave her a donation for at least having better customer service than most of the employees here)Note: the lady who had to fix all of our servers mistakes/issues was a champ, and I pray for her sanity ?

This place is running down the service is slow the waiter we had is rude idk even no were to began with who is running this place. It is well an hr to get your food. An for it to be cold is crazy. I get a coffee an how do u not see that red lipstick is on the cup. That just means no one washing dishes. This place is just ridiculous an it's pretty annoying. We haven't hadn't had refills since we got here an hr ago an I'm still waiting on a spoon for coffee this place is terrible. If I could give it a 0 star IF I COULD NEXT TIME WAFFLE HOUSE!!!
